Coffee & Market Kitchen
Voted Best Coffee House of the Idaho Panhandle · 2025
Voted Best Coffee House of the Idaho Panhandle by Best of Idaho 2025 — brewed exclusively with award-winning Evans Brothers Coffee.
Our market kitchen uses quality ingredients, carefully prepared. Fresh baked goods, seasonal lunch specials, and honest food you can feel good about.
Our home is the iconic Latah County Grain Growers complex — over 100 years of Palouse history, reimagined as Moscow's most unique gathering place.
The Coffee
In 2025, Silos & Social was voted Best Coffee House of the Idaho Panhandle by Best of Idaho — and we think the reason starts with what's in the cup.
We brew exclusively with Evans Brothers Coffee, an award-winning roaster based right here in the Pacific Northwest. From a perfectly pulled espresso to our signature cold brew, every drink is crafted with care by baristas who love what they do.
The Kitchen
We're not a health food restaurant, but we care about what goes into our food. Quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and recipes that make you feel good about what you're eating.
Fresh salads, seasonal soups, hearty sandwiches, and baked goods made from scratch. Our market kitchen menu rotates with the seasons and what's available locally.

The Building
The Latah County Grain Growers silo complex has been a landmark on the edge of the University of Idaho campus for over a century. Its towering cylindrical silos and square elevators are woven into the identity of Moscow and the Palouse.
Today, Silos & Social occupies the ground floor of this iconic structure — where thick concrete walls, industrial character, and soaring ceilings create a gathering place unlike anything else in town.
Community
The silo is more than coffee — it's where Moscow comes together.
Live Music in the Silo
Local artists play acoustics in our one-of-a-kind venue.
Community Coffee Hour
Meet your neighbors. Locals and newcomers welcome.
Student Study Night
Extended hours for U of I students — bring your laptop and your focus.

Wine Tasting
Sample local and regional wines inside the silo.
We're on the edge of the University of Idaho campus, right in the heart of downtown Moscow. Look for the silos — you can't miss them.
